No Refund Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once an order has been completed, except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, our team will confirm whether the item qualifies for a refund or replacement.

Return of Damaged Items

If a return is approved, the customer must send the item back to our return address.

The item must:

  • Be returned within 7 days after approval

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include the original packaging

Return Shipping

If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, Holdem Denim will cover the return shipping cost.

If the item is returned for any other reason that does not qualify under this policy, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the customer's bank account within 48 hours after the returned item has been received and verified.
